Student Support Programs

Rapids if you ever need help, you are not alone! There are people you can talk to, who are here to listen and support you.

School Support Counsellor

A School Support Counsellor is available to meet with students who have been referred by counselling, special education or administration.

School Health Centre

The Public Health Nurse is available to meet with students on a regular basis, to discuss health issues and concerns.  The Public Health Nurse can make referrals to other public agencies.

Mental Health Therapist is available to meet with students on a regular basis on a referral basis.

Substance Abuse Counsellor is available to meet with students on a regular basis or a referral basis.

Student Services

The Student Services Centre is a resource open to all students currently enrolled at ADHS. The centre has information on colleges, universities, private vocational schools, apprenticeships and other forms of post-secondary training.  Career information is also available.
